Our goal is to ensure every patient receives compassionate, evidence-based care in a seamless virtual environment. Because our services involve professional medical time and expertise, certain policies apply regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

Consultation Fees

Consultation fees represent the time, expertise, and preparation of our licensed healthcare providers. Therefore, once your appointment has been completed, consultation fees are non-refundable. This ensures fairness and respect for the provider’s professional commitment and the appointment time reserved exclusively for you.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that schedules can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your slot to another patient in need of care.

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request for a new appointment time that suits your schedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.

Technical Issues and Billing Errors

Your experience and satisfaction are important to us. If a technical issue, such as a connection failure or platform malfunction, prevents your consultation from taking place, or if you believe you were charged in error, please contact our support team promptly at info@ongoweightloss.com

Our team will review each situation on a case-by-case basis to determine refund eligibility or to arrange an alternative consultation at no additional cost whenever possible.

Medications, Prescriptions, and Pharmacy Billing

Please note that Ongo Weight Loss does not handle or manage the sale, billing, or delivery of prescribed medications. Once a prescription has been issued, all medication-related services, including pricing, shipping, returns, or refunds, are handled directly by the dispensing pharmacy or dispensary in accordance with their own policies, state regulations, and applicable federal laws.
