- Consultation fees are non-refundable once your appointment has been completed.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- If you were charged in error, or if a technical issue prevented your consultation from taking place, please contact our support team at info@ongoweightloss.com, and we will review refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
- We do not provide refunds or returns for any medications prescribed. All medication-related billing, returns, and refunds are handled directly by the dispensing pharmacy/dispensary, in accordance with their policies and applicable laws.
